Terms and Conditions – please read carefully. 8 Things Must Ye Know:

1. My services are offered on a volunteer, free-of-charge basis for amateur community theatre groups only.
   
   This does not include sports teams, church groups, choirs, bands, street performers, Competitive Ladies Quilting Leagues, or any other community groups. You’re all Deserving and Worthy, but my time is limited, I have a day job – I’m not a professional photographer, nor am I seeking to deprive professionals of their living!! I just have a strong interest in theatre and I know my way around a camera, studio lights and editing software. I don’t want to go on stage, so this is my way of volunteering in the local theatre scene.
   
   If you’re a professional theatre group, or any kind of for-profit enterprise – you need a professional photographer, not me. I’ll be happy to recommend you one.
   
2. Photo shoots are done at weekends, or possibly week evenings.
   
3. Contact me for availability, I’m not available all the time and a couple of weeks advance warning is highly appreciated
   
4. Although offer my services free of charge, koha for transport expenses is always appreciated but never expected. Don’t worry about feeding me either, I’ve got difficult dietary restrictions (vegan). I would never say no to a couple of comp tickets to your show however 🙂
   
5. I appreciate a credit for my work in your programme – you can credit me by name or you can credit staged-images.nz
   
6. If I photograph your production I may use some of the images as examples on this site. If you do not want this please let me know. Of course I won’t use any of your images before you publish them yourself.
   
7. When your shoot is done, I’ll put the photos up on a link which I’ll send you when they’re ready, you can download the ones you need and get them printed or share them online.
   I’ll share them in two sizes: large, suitable for printing, and small, suitable for online/social media.
   
8. If you want some basic edits done on a particular image, let me know. My time for editing is limited, and some edits can take a long time. Let me know what you need and I’ll see what I can do.
